The Township of North Stormont has now completed a Schedule C Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study for the proposed expansion of the existing Moose Creek Wastewater Treatment Lagoon (WWTL). This Class EA study continued the EA process from the 2024 Master Service Plan (MSP) and aimed to identify the extent of expansion required at the Moose Creek WWTL to accommodate projected population growth and planned developments in the Village of Moose Creek, as well as to address current treatment limitations.
By this Notice, the ESR is presented on public record for a thirty (30) day review period, in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class EA process.
Interested persons may review this document and provide comments to the Project team.
