While the Township of North Stormont does not operate health care services, residents have access to a wide range of family medicine, hospitals, emergency care, specialists, long-term care, home care, pharmacies, mental health supports, and community health services throughout North Stormont and the surrounding SDG Counties.

Whether you're looking for a family doctor, seeking emergency care, or exploring local health resources, the information below will help connect you with services available in our region.

Looking for a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner?

Register with Health Care Connect. If you do not currently have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, the Government of Ontario's Health Care Connect program can help.

Health Care Connect matches eligible Ontarians with a family physician, nurse practitioner, or primary care team accepting new patients in their local community. After registering, a Care Connector works on your behalf to help find a primary care provider based on your location and health care needs. Priority is given to individuals with more complex health needs. Residents can register online or by calling 811.
