Township of North Stormont, ON – With the official start of autumn arriving yesterday, the Township of North Stormont is encouraging residents and visitors to take advantage of the season's crisp air, comfortable temperatures, and beautiful fall scenery by exploring the municipality's recreational trails.
Autumn offers ideal conditions for outdoor cardio and light exercise. Walking, hiking, cycling, and trail exploration are excellent ways to support heart health, improve mental well-being, reduce stress, and stay active before winter arrives.
One of North Stormont's most popular outdoor destinations, the Crysler Recreational Trail, continues to attract visitors from across the region.
