The Canada Small Business Financing Program makes it easier for small businesses to get loans from financial institutions by sharing the risk with lenders.
The enhanced program provides lenders and small businesses with additional financing products, new class of loans, increased loan amounts and terms, improved loan conditions and decreased administrative burden.
The Canada Council for the Arts is proud to be Canada’s public arts funder. The Council contributes to the vibrancy of a creative and diverse arts and literary scene through grants, services, prizes and payments to artists and arts organizations from Canada.
The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) provides financial support for events, attractions, and tourism initiatives that drive visitation and enhance the local tourism economy. Funded through the Cornwall Municipal Accommodation Tax, the TDF offers grants of up to $25,000 per project.
Businesses and organizations located within SDG Counties are eligible to apply, provided their project clearly benefits tourism in Cornwall, such as through marketing partnerships, event collaboration, or overnight accommodation impact.
The Experience Ontario program provides support for festivals and events with a tourism economic impact to motivate visitors to discover Ontario, connect people with local experiences, and increase tourism spending.
FedDev Ontario helps businesses and organizations in Canada’s most populous region to grow and compete. Funding categories include: Funding Programs, Small Business Services, Indigenous Support, Defence Support, Domestic Trade Support. They also manage the Build Communities Strong Fund, Local Impact Stream
Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) works with Canadians in all areas of the economy and in all parts of the country to improve conditions for investment, enhance Canada's innovation performance, increase Canada's share of global trade and build a fair, efficient and competitive marketplace. We are the federal institution that leads the Innovation, Science and Economic Development portfolio. They also operate the "Business Benefits Finder tool".
