TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on the 6th day of February 2026 at 8:30 A.M. at the Township of North Stormont Municipal Office, Berwick, ON, under the authority of Section 45 of the Planning Act.
THE PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION is to provide relief from Section 3.22 of the Zoning By-Law 08-2014 and permit a reduction in the Minimum Distance Separation (MDS) setback from 166 m to 140 m from a neighboring livestock facility.
