TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on the 29th day of May 2025 at 8:30 A.M. at the Township of North Stormont Municipal Office, 57A Cockburn St., Berwick, ON, under the authority of Section 45 of the Planning Act.
THE PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION is to request permission under Section 45(2)(ii) of the Planning Act to permit a commercial use to be established on the subject lands that is similar in purpose to the pre-existing legal non-conforming commercial use on the subject lands.
