BERWICK, Ontario - The Township of North Stormont, at its March 12 meeting, officially approved the 2024 budget document.
The 2024 document includes a 3.59 per cent increase to the residential tax rate. This means for every $100,000 of assessment a tax bill will increase by $13.29.
This year the total taxation levy for North Stormont sits at $3,614,211; an increase of $168,332.
