A message from Mayor Francois Landry, and North Stormont council, on the passing of Mr. Guy Lauzon:
The township specifically, and all the communities within SDG Counties broadly, mourn the passing of Guy Lauzon. His integrity and passion for public service was well known in our communities and Guy’s dedication to public service will be remembered and we are all grateful for his years of service and leadership. The Council of North Stormont extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Mr. Guy Lauzon on their profound loss.
Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Thu, June 26 from 7-9pm and Fri, June 27 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held at the St. Andrew's West Catholic Church on Sat, June 28 at 10:30am.
Le canton, ainsi que l’ensemble des communautés des Comtés unis, pleurent le décès de Guy Lauzon. Son intégrité et sa passion pour le service public étaient bien connues dans nos communautés. L’engagement de Guy envers le service public restera dans nos mémoires, et nous lui sommes tous reconnaissants pour ses années de service et de leadership.
Le Conseil de North Stormont tient à offrir ses plus sincères condoléances à la famille et aux amis de M. Guy Lauzon pour cette perte immense.
La famille recevra les condoléances au salon funéraire Wilson, le jeudi 26 juin de 19 h à 21 h, ainsi que le vendredi 27 juin de 14 h à 16 h et de 19 h à 21 h.
Les funérailles auront lieu à l’église catholique St. Andrew’s West, le samedi 28 juin à 10 h 30.
