Champion Mushrooms Farm is a major oyster mushrooms supplier in Ontario and Quebec since 2007. Owner Shu Lin has adopted a lot of enhancement to improve mushroom quality and the growing environment. The farm currently offer fresh oyster and shiitake mushrooms without adding any fertilizer or pesticides. It uses all natural material like sawdust, which provides the wild mushroom taste. It also sells the growing logs for mushroom lovers to grow at home. Champion Mushrooms are strong believers in growing and delivering fresh local produce.
