Dennis Fife Mayor
Dennis and his wife, Mary, are the owners of Fife Agricultural Services, located on County Rd. 43 west of Finch. He has been a resident of North Stormont for over 25 years, and has served on Berwick Recreation for many years. This is Dennis' fourth term on council.
Bill McGimpsey Deputy Mayor
Bill is a graduate of the Canadian Securities
Institute as well as a Certified Financial Planner. The CFP
designation is issued by the Financial Planners Standards Council.
He is also licensed to sell Life Insurance.
Bill is actively
involved in local politics and presently sits as a member of various
community and volunteer groups. This is Bill's third term on Council.

Lianne Acres-Hanna Councillor
Lianne Acres-Hanna is married to Kevin Hanna
and lives on a dairy farm south of Finch. She is a mother of three boys
is a college graduate with honors.
Lianne is employed at Hewlett Packard. She is a lifelong resident of
Stormont County, and is entering her second term on Council.
As well as being Chair of North Stormont Public
School Parent Council, she is actively involved with Meals on
Wheels, Stormont Agricultural Society, Finch Recreation and the
local Ayrshire Association.
She has over twenty years of sales and marketing
experience, as well as many years spent in the tourism
industry.
Currently, Lianne sits on the Recreation
Committee, Arena Management Committee and the Emergency Management
Committee.
Michael B. Casselman Councillor
Michael is a life-long resident of North Stormont (former Finch Township) and has been employed as General Manager of the Morrisburg Division of Cruickshank Construction Ltd. for many years. This is Michael's first term on Council.
Reg Burd Councillor
A lifetime resident of North Stormont Township (former Finch
Township), Reg Burd is entering his second term on municipal council.
He brings to this office 47 years of municipal experience, working
for the Roads' Department of the former Township of Finch and, after
January 1, 1998, the newly-amalgamated Township of North Stormont.
He was appointed Road Superintendent in 1967 and remained in that
position until he retired in 2002.
Reg is married and has
2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Among the committees
of council on which he serves are the Domtar Community Advisory
Forum and the Lafleche Environmental (Eastern Ontario Landfill) Community Liaison Committee.
