Waste and Recycling

Please be reminded to have your garbage and recycling out at the road by 7:00 A.M. on your pick up day. The pick up dates you have now will remain the same for the balance of the year, with no changes due to holidays.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your garbage and/or recycle pick up, contact the Township office.

Waste certificates

A free tipping waste certificate was distributed to each homeowner in the Township of North Stormont with your interim tax bill. It may be used at the Lafleche Environmental Landfill, 17125 Lafleche Road, any day until the December 31, 2005 expiry. For information on what is accepted, hours of operation, etc., please call 613-538-2776.

Household hazardous waste

Household hazardous waste materials can still be taken on designated days to the City of Cornwall Landfill site, 2590 Cornwall Centre Road West, for a fee. For more information regarding what is accepted, hours of operation, and cost, please call (613) 933-6593.

Recycle boxes
